DuPont Fluorochemicals (DuPont) today announced the inclusion of Opteon® XP40 (R-449A) and Opteon® XP10 (R-513A) in an updated compressor selection software from BITZER Kühlmaschinenbau GmbH, Sindelfingen, Germany,  for their line of semi-hermetic piston and screw compressors which can be accessed under: https://www.bitzer.de/websoftware/

Opteon® XP40 is a new optimized low GWP, non-flammable replacement for R-404A and R-507. XP40 has over 60% lower GWP and up to 10% improved energy efficiency compared to R-404A. Opteon® XP10 is an optimized new low GWP, azeotropic, non-flammable  replacement for R-134a with over 55%  lower GWP with comparable properties and performance.
