BERKELEY COLLEGE CELEBRATES 80TH ANNIVERSARY
DURING NATIONAL DISTANCE LEARNING WEEK

Photo Caption A: Berkeley College Online recently celebrated National Distance Learning Week in conjunction with the yearlong 80th anniversary celebration of Berkeley College. Joining in the celebration, which took place at the Online administrative offices in Clifton, NJ, are (left to right) Assemblyman Thomas Giblin, 34th District; Bruce James, Passaic County Freeholder; Sharon Goldstein, Campus Operating Officer, Berkeley College Online; Reggie Smith III, Chair Emeritus, United States Distance Learning Association and Keynote Speaker; Dario A. Cortes, PhD, Berkeley College President; James Anzaldi, Clifton Mayor; and Joseph Kolodziej, Clifton Councilman. Guests had an opportunity to view the virtual Berkeley College Legacy Timeline Exhibit. The exhibit is comprised of eight panels — one for each decade since the 1930s — which parallel the history of the College with what was happening globally.
