Andrew Fois
Managing Director of Communications and Community Outreach

Andrew Fois is the managing director of Communications and Community Outreach for the National Crime Prevention Council.  Mr. Fois appears frequently on television as an analyst or contributor in the areas of constitutional law, the Supreme Court, crime, terrorism, and many others.  He has appeared on MSNBC, ABC, NBC, CBS, and Court TV. He was also a regular guest on the Bill Press Show and the Rachel Maddow Show and served as a contributor to the Fox News Channel. Mr. Fois has also written for numerous newspapers and journals including The Downtowner, The Georgetowner, Legal Times, National Law Journal, USA Today, and the Georgetown Law Weekly
Before coming to NCPC, Mr. Fois had worked as an adjunct professor at the Georgetown University Law Center and Washington College of Law at American University , a legal consultant, the staff director for  the Senate Democratic Communications Center, and the Assistant Attorney General of Legislative and Inter governmental Affairs in the United States Department of Justice. Mr. Fois was honored by Harvard Law School with a Wasserstein Fellowship, an award given to the five most distinguished public servants each year.

            Mr. Fois earned his B.A. in Government cum laude from Georgetown University. He also holds a Master of Arts in American Government and Politics from the University of Essex, and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
